Be aware that

The Terms and Conditions define the use of the analyticalplatform.com cloud platform as well as the related mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “platform “).

The provider of the platform is a company operating in the European Union, specifically in the Czech Republic.

The user of the platform services is any natural or legal person.

The services provided via the platform do not constitute investment advice within the meaning of § 2 paragraph 1 letter f) Act No. 256/2004 Coll., Czech Act on Business on the Capital Market.

The information and data provided are not a recommendation suitable for any specific person; since they do not take any particular person’s knowledge, experience, and financial circumstances into account.

The provision of the platform services is not subject to the permission of the Czech National Bank. The platform provides generally applicable calculations, on the basis of which the platform users have the opportunity to choose their investment strategy.

The calculations that are provided by the platform are based on the models and the backtesting performed in the platform or by the provider, usually without including the fees associated with trading. Realized calculations do not guarantee the same behavior in the future. The user of the platform bears all the risks associated with investing in the capital market.

The platform services provider and natural and legal persons related to it bear no responsibility for any loss/damage arising from a different development of prices than is predicted in the calculations or from an error in the creation of calculations or the unavailability of the service.

The creation of models for the provision of information, data, and calculations is carried out by the research and development team of the platform provider and its partners. The guarantor is Ing. Jiří Fuchs, representative of the platform services provider. Neither the provider nor related persons and employees are in a conflict of interest regarding the information and data provided, and are not aware of relationships and circumstances that can reasonably be assumed to be capable of damaging the objectivity of the calculations.

The data provided by publicly available databases or paid services are being used to perform calculations. Thus, there is no doubt about the reliability of any of the sources used.

More detailed information on valuation, methodology, changes, time of processing, and the frequency of information and data updates, including earlier calculations, is available on the platform. If the information provided is not clear or complete, we ask the user to notify us of any ambiguities.
