Fund specification

The Analytical Platform Fund (hereinafter the Fund) is an alternative fund for qualified investors pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, and only qualified investors may become its clients. The Fund is subject to reporting to the Czech National Bank, but is not subject to its supervision and regulation.

Fund characteristic

The Fund advises investors that the value of an investment in the Fund may go down as well as up and the return on the amount originally invested is not guaranteed. The performance of the Fund in previous periods does not guarantee the same or better performance in the future. An investment in the Fund is intended to provide a return over the long term and is therefore not suitable for short-term speculation. In particular, potential investors should consider the specific risks that may arise from the Fund's investment objectives.
Investment in Analytical Platform fund is only intended for qualified investors according to Act No. 240/2013 Coll., respectively high net individuals, institutional investors, and family offices. The minimum initial investment per investor is 125 000 EUR.
